Keith Guerin 2fc599887a revert(cli): restore original settings keys while keeping new titles ...

Acknowledging instruction: Reverting setting keys back to their original 'negative'
names (e.g. hideWindowTitle, hideTips) while preserving the new, noun-first titles
in the UI. Reverted logic in config.ts and components to match, and updated
migration logic to handle the revert. All tests verified passing.
