galz10 73f9085cad fix(sandbox): proactively register plans directory for write validation 
- Enhance WorkspaceContext with addWritablePath and isPathWritable to support proactive registration of paths that do not yet exist.
- Update Config and enter_plan_mode to proactively register the plans directory in WorkspaceContext.
- Refactor SandboxedFileSystemService to use isPathWritable for granular write validation.
- Add comprehensive unit tests for the new WorkspaceContext methods.

galz10 296be23bd6 fix(sandbox): enforce read-only PLAN mode in tool sandboxing 
- Refactor SandboxedFileSystemService to use granular read/write permissions.
- Implement updateSandboxManager to propagate mode transitions to the file system service.
- Update platform sandbox managers (macOS, Linux, Windows) to treat allowedPaths and includeDirectories as read-only when workspaceWrite is false.
- Improve path validation in SandboxedFileSystemService using WorkspaceContext to correctly handle ~/.gemini/tmp.

galz10 0b591f39dc feat(sandbox): grant default write access to ~/.gemini/tmp 
Updates sandbox managers for macOS, Linux, and Windows to grant full
read/write access to the Gemini temporary directory (~/.gemini/tmp) by
default. This ensures that sandboxed tools can reliably use this
directory for temporary storage across all platforms.
